Feed Your Soul 001: No worries

If you think your friends would like this too, I'd love you to share it! Thanks!♥

Two days ago, I happened to watch one of the movies I’ve never really watched with full attention when I was a kid — Lion King. Haha, Such a late bloomer! Its inside jokes, and the lifehack statements. Something that a person at her 20’s can ponder on and take a minute of realization about life.

Hakuna Matata. It means no worries for the rest of your days.

No worries. Not to worry about the outcome, and just live the moment.
Not to force anything but do something out of what you have.
Never manipulate, but work with passion.
Just do your thing, and everything will come out as planned.
Your gains will come.
Have faith.

I was on duty status yesterday — on a a day where all were into their declaration of love to their mothers. Some days you feel so weird, so devastated and just nowhere to go. But God enters your life in different ways and forms. You happen to encounter people out of the blue. They inspire you, they make you smile, they make you believe and remember why you are here in the first place. They happen to be there to encourage you and make you remember that you are here to heal.

On Mother’s day, I was reminded that I am here to heal.

That you are here not just because of randomness, but you were set up for bigger things. Anyone has the power to heal. To heal a lost soul, a broken heart, an angry monster embodied in a being of clay. Physically, emotionally, spiritually. We all have the power to heal. Anyone… even ourselves.

And as I sit right here in front of the computer, listening to some hearty music, and Hakuna Matata in between, lol, I drink my warm milk, relax, and enjoy the bliss of today’s free time.

Until then, xoxo.

  1. "No worries." I like that. As someone who battles anxiety, it's sometimes challenging to live in the moment. But God (and your post) reminds me that you simply can't enjoy life constantly on edge and worried. Things are getting better as far as the road to recovery, but I'm thankful for the progress I'm making. Thanks for sharing!
