Our team was fortunate to snatch a couple of hours from our off-duty day that we decided to have a walk around the walled city – Intramuros. If I remembered correctly, it was 2013 when I last toured the city… it was very nostalgic to feel the warmth of the city again — it’s air, people, and the whole aura of the place that once nurtured me to become a city warrior (from finding and calling PUVs to ride during rush hours, lining in for rail transits and pushing myself in when theres a need (or a want) to come home early, crossing pedestrian lanes like a boss, mastering the art of cramming as I went thru college alongside learning a lot of things I didn’t know I’m capable of doing like swimming… men I was a scaredy cat to swim before! But thanks to a mandatory swimming class as a pre-requisite to become a biologist, I was able to learn it and even passed a duo-marathon as a final exam! lol. Feel the nostalgia??
So, Here are few of the pictures I captured along the trip.
